On March 24th, 1945, Sylvester the cat made his debut in the Merrie Melodies short, "Life with Feathers". I always liked Sylvester and wanted to do something to celebrate, so I drew this as fast as Mario Paint would let me... which wasn't very fast, because there was a lot of struggling with the large brush sizes and the positioning of the circle tool.
