Mobats are a race of moon worshiping Fae who nest in the giant cacti lining the lunar shores.Legend speaks of the Cacti rising form the veins of a fallen giant, and the nectar that pools within their blossoms is said to be the material form of life itself

Mobats are generally peaceful vegetarians, harvesting the herbal vines that creep up the spines of their towering homes, and feasting on the fruit the flowers bear at the top of each massive plant.Some still partake of meat, eating fish from the sea or snatching bugs out of the air. there is even rumored to be a clan of blood sucking mobats, who prey on slumbering sand dragons.

Unlike their cousins the Inabats,Mobats prefer science to moon magic, and spend their time devising potions and herbal remedies to share with those who seek them out in exchange for foreign material and information.

-mobats have eyebrow antennae,and their proboscis tongue is generally kept out of their mouth curled up. they can retract it to eat but will stick it back out afterwards as it is a strain on their throat

-they all have large compound eyes

-they can have hairstyles,wear clothes jewelery whatever, go nuts
