New OC I came up with a few days ago and who I couldn't stop drawing for that length of time. |D She's in the same universe/is friends with my other character Allie, hence why she also does magic. And yes, I know Jackson's chameleons have horns only when they're guys, but I liked them on her. Maybe she made some and that's why they're there.

Picayune has always loved building things when she was young, so as she grew older she became an inventor. Her hood resembles a blue bird of paradise, and under the feathers are mechanical wings which she uses to fly. Picayune loves attention and being important (ironic considering her name means "shy, little, and unimportant"), especially for her inventions, and can get a bit mad when her work isn't being noticed. This also makes her hard to work with because she can be stubborn and thinks that critics "don't know a good thing when they see it".
