So... this is going to need some explaining.

This character is called Otto, and he is the first human character I designed. Originally, he was meant to be my Raboot transformed into a humanoid (or to be more specific, the same species as the title character from the show Star vs. the Forces of Evil, hence the Star vs. theme), but I spun him off into his own independent character afterwards. I originally planned this as a semi-April Fools' joke and a follow up to a piece where my character was with Star Butterfly, though I wouldn't come up with a name for him until a few months after getting this (he's named after the main character from the show Rocket Power).
