Jumping around the list a bit. But I AM FINALLY FINISHED!

I've been putting this off for some time but I managed to get this finalized. And I didn't bother to color the lineart this time. But I think it looks nice without it.

Anyway, here is *Ethelune's Neopet, Rowanan. He's a Darigan Chomby with a Moltaran jacket on. It looks steampunk so we'll go with that.
