Azrael in his final phase of life where he lives as essentially a malevolent energy in the world of the living. He is the embodiment of corruption, poison, toxins, betrayal, disease, and by those who have had the chance to see him in this form relate him to one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse. Unfortunately those that have seen him have either been driven to suicidal paranoia, died of heart complications, or have lived the rest of their life with horrifying dis-figuration to their body.
