While the character i really cute, and you draw pretty well, let me say, that the line art seems a bit stiff. Next time try a more complex pose. The arms to the side look like they would snap like cracker if it tried to bend them. I think you could definitely put a lot more into the pose.

But all-in-all it's a really nice picture. I like the hair movement the most. :)
