He's basically my OC Maxamilion as a Pokemonic Meowth. Credit to IchooseU for a well deserved 20 point commission. Now I'm not a fan of Pokemon as everyone would think but I do admire this one specific little character because well besides being on Team Rocket he's kinda cute. I also have a Pokemonic crush on Lucario but besides that Meowth is my main Pokemon. What this Meowth doesn't have that Max does have is his scarf, boots and T-shirt Vest combo but he still rocks his goggles and his gloves :D hope you guys like :3
