One of the main characters of the Black Tea storyline, Dmitri Mikhailovich Tchaikovsky. He's a 20-something college student that does some ethically grey work to pay for his courses. Usually he keeps those tattoos covered on campus and in uptown, to avoid too much scrutiny. In the slums he's happy to walk with them out, though.
