Sirens blared down the streets of the dark city known as Metro City. Police officers were after a fugitive who broke out of the state penitentiary. But this fugitive wasn't a run away from the law of justice. He was running from the corruption of Metro City's finest. His name is Cody Travers and he's not about to get taken down by anyone... especially not the corrupt police!
