Fuchsia Dragons are a CLOSED species!

Rules:
-You may NOT change anything about the character. They are specially designed to have specific patterns and colors.
-BUT, I can make minor adjustments if you want, maybe one color or the hair length.

This is my first adopt of Fuchsia Dragons, so I will only be making her $5.
