I cannot resign from using visible watermarks as I already experianced couple of times when someone stole from me or used something without a parmission :<Sadly you are always limited by the enviroment and situation (in this case I was unable to locate camera to catch clouds in different angle.
I am wondering how you deducted what was the original contrast if you didnt saw original photo o.O

Hmm, interesting. I like the theme of your picture.
The fence create a good composition element which lead the eye to the clouds, however the observer is eject from your picture due the direction of these clouds.
Your logo really need to be more subtle, It breaks composition as it was on of the first thing I looked at first.
Sadly the HDR effect break the overall lighting mood and take away contrast.
