Technically yes.
This is a fusion of 2 other digimon I used in an rp site, and their lines are a mix of pre-existing digimon and variants, both of which includes dragon/reptilian digimon.

They aren't siblings in the usual sense. One is a digimon, and one is a familiar that became her own digimon. I won't get into the details now.
If you're asking what forms create the appearance of this form, I should say that Ihadramon is actually a super mega of sorts. I only said mega for simplicity sake. The forms used to make this are HyldenImpmon https://www.weasyl.com/submission/251729/hyldenimpmon and Galaclivamon https://www.weasyl.com/submission/803332/galaclivamon-again .
Even though HyldenImpmon was the familiar, she is the dominant one in terms of relative appearance in Ihadramon.
