Ortakwan the character is conceptually a mix of a few things. She takes a bit of my old Rippah and Dingodragon designs (as well as the latter being a mutant), and the streaks and light blue is something I took from Ziggy (although she has different "streaks" than Ziggy does).

This is going to be another attempt at a mascot of sorts. Something simple, references myself, and hopefully an alright design, although I will consider tweaking her a bit. 

As an aside, Ortakwan is currently my name in DA, but she is not a "fursona".
