Cat Skull by Riley Vakranov (critique requested)

Cat Skull

Cat Skull

Puddles in the rain

Designs without refrain

No ender's mark or quick restart

To help us end this and depart

Still, we try it once again

Onward! Forward! Till the end!

It's a battle fought in darkness

Fought in rain amongst the heartless

With not a stop, nor weapon dropped

No honor left, why can't we stop?

The dead fight endlessly again

Fighting, driving till the end

Drenched in sorrow, drowning in fear

It's what compels us to draw near

Draw to fight here without light

The cursed quest to prove our might

For what its worth, getting up again,

It brings us closer to our end

This poem is up to interpretation. I don't really remember what compelled me to write it, nor what brought on the name "Cat Skull".
