Medium: Adobe Photoshop CS2

One of my good friends is getting married on October 8th, and her maid of honor and I are throwing her a party! I wanted to have this ready as a gift... in "matching" magnet form, one for each character.

My friend Sue and my friend Pierce met on World of Warcraft. That's also where I met them, to be fair. Sue moved to my city for college and we became fast RL friends. Over time interest between her and Pierce developed into a relationship, and he came to visit our city as well...

Eventually he decided to make the big leap from California to North Carolina to be with Sue.

They've been through their ups and downs, but they've stuck it out, and now they're getting married. I couldn't be happier for them.

These are their early Warcraft characters: what they would've been playing when they met each other. So it's kind of a fun, but symbolic thing.

They are both such great people and I feel very lucky to have them as my friends.
