Egrid Dante is a Master Necromancer. He is cruel, cunning, and very creative. He offers his services to those who can return the favor, usually with something vital. Like your soul. Apart from suriving the Void and general decay, his goal is to find "himself" - the memories, thoughts, and pieces of skin that made up the man he was before. He probably wasn't always so evil...Oh, well. Shit happens.

It's free and it's actually pretty nice. It's got limited functionality, but I can do just about everything I need to in it. Sometimes I wish I could be able to create my own brushes, though...but, oh, well! It's really great. I'd suggest downloading it and playing around!
