Redesigned everyone's favorite big-tailed blue bastard to fit more with my furry characters~! I had some ideas for him with non Pokemon characters of mine, and his original design was pushing the limits of Sylveon as a species anyway, so I figured I might as well remove that design from being a Pokemon.
