A description of her equipment and accoutrements, from the top of her head downward:

-Ear jewelry: A pair of gold ear cartilage cuffs on her upper pair of ears. These are not piercings, but rather small c-shaped cuffs which slide on and off the cartilage of her ears. These are much safer than piercings, as they can't be ripped out, and can be quickly & easily removed.

-Binocular scanner: This pair of high-tech binoculars has automated zoom & focus functions, can "tag" and ID various vehicles and equipment, and helps the user see better in non-visual spectra. (Tozols can see pretty well in infrared and ultraviolet, but these binoculars help the user see at a greater distance and resolution.) These binoculars can also link up to other Tozol systems to share data and telemetry.

-Wireless communication headset: The microphone and speaker on this headset are quite sensitive, allowing for the user to speak and hear very quiet coded messages. It connects wirelessly to the main communicator unit attached to her harness.

-Communicator: This cylindrical device houses a powerful and versatile transceiver. It is designed for extended use in the field. Reilir has it affixed to the right collarbone portion of her harness.

-Camera drones: Tiny, spherical drones with numerous cameras over their body. Once activated the user can toss them up, let them fly briefly, and then catch them. The captured images can then be transferred for display and analysis. The drones could also be set up as security cameras in passive, motion-activated mode.

-Necklace: Reilir has a bit of leather cord tied around her neck. It has three teeth from a massive alien predator hanging from it. The cord itself is pretty flimsy, but intentionally so for safety: if it gets caught on anything it's very likely to break instead of choke her. Like her ear jewelry, she will remove this before entering combat. Reilir claims she killed a vicious alien beast and made the necklace from its teeth herself, but she might just be pulling your leg...

-Harness: Reilir's harness is a standard-issue model. Tozol biology keeps them comfortable in most environments, so clothing is often not needed. (Combat being an obvious and common exception to this.) However, Reilir has a lot to carry, so she wears the harness very often. It's made from a synthetic fiber and is tailored to fit comfortably for all-day use.

-Stun pistol & holster: Reilir is not a soldier, but can handle a weapon just fine. She prefers to carry this non-lethal weapon most often, as it can be used to stun wildlife for further study, or to capture potentially-hostile sapients. She supplements this with more lethal armament when entering into a combat zone.

-Data pad: Like any good scientist she carries with her something to make notes on. This device can also store & display photos, connect to other Tozol systems, and allow her to remote control some equipment It's a sturdy waterproof model that's seen a lot of use.

-Sample-collection kit: This cylinder contains tools and bags used to collect samples from flora and fauna.

-Rations: Reilir usually carries a day or two of field rations with her; dense, calorie-packed nutrient bars. They don't taste very good, but they have all the proteins, vitamins, minerals, and superconductors a Tozol body needs to stay healthy.
