I've made this mistake too many times, like "Oh maybe the fluoxetine won't give me waking panic attacks for a couple days this time!" I've wanted to give myself a solid visual reminder for some time now.

That said: if you take medication regularly (I haven't for quite some time), take it as prescribed and talk to your doctor, don't just start/stop as you see fit, etc.

Also I thought this would be cool and only when I was done did I realize giving a nod to my own art is actually probably super narcissistic.
