EDIT: Looking for viable input on a routine! The only basis I was given was "pretend I'm 40 trying to get back into things", "don't baby me, but don't give me a heart attack", and make it 30 minutes. I'm most familiar with routines geared towards body building, so I'm at a loss since the most I have to work with is "I'm 40" rather than an actual "goal".
