Today marks the 1st day of the last two week stretch of my INSANITY program, day 50 in total. Showcasing Power Jumps (bane of my existence as all jumping motions are), Plank Punches, and either Hop Squats or Squat Jabs.
...And of course, a big dose of soaked-in-sweat exhaustion.
Almost there, almost there, almost there...

I would do the Insanity workout, but my knees would give up. =/ I kinda broke them a while ago. =P
