It’s all about changing your mindset, and while some people can, don’t feel like you have to jump in with both feet and go from where you are to “perfect”. Develop a healthy relationship with food, and understand that you don’t need those unhealthy foods - but also that it’s not the end of the world when you have them.
You’re gonna fail, and that’s okay. When you feel like a craving won’t go away...treat yourself! And remember that it is a treat, and start to decide for yourself what treats are and are not worth it.
It gets easier, I promise. Just give yourself a chance and be consistent. I believe in you.
