I need more procedural texture practice. Thus, the wavy background. In my defense, this looked cooler in my head. I also want to work on making city scenes for more macro arts. While yes, I could just pull any city model that exists now. I want to try something different. I think I'll look into making a city generator or something. Idk, I'm just rambling at this point.
