Not surprised if I got inspiration from necromorphs for this nameless monster.

So, this creature is actually three different masses that work together as one. Each head contains a trait that corresponds to the see, hear, and speak no evil concept. However, each head also has a strength in another trait that neither of their partners have:

The left head is deaf and cannot see well, but has a powerful voice.

The center head is blind and cannot speak very loudly, but has incredibly hearing.

The right head is mute and has poor hearing, but wickedly keen eyes.

The three heads therefore combine their specialties to work together like one organism. How they manage to communicate to each other and get around efficiently is still something that puzzles me. Telepathy, perhaps?
