Also known as the "Mexican spinach juice". It's got vitamins A & C, iron and hemoglobin in it. It was made with chia leaves (Mexican spinach) and pineapple. This was a drink given to us tourist at Gran's Farm in Belize City on our Mayan cooking class excursion. It was delicious and I wanted seconds! The juice is actually green, but the camera failed to capture that perfectly.
