This is one of the plants over at the Gumbalimba Park in Roatán, Honduras. I think the tour guide said that the cinnamon came from the bark of the tree. We tourists went to sniff the smell off the scratches of the bark. They were able to smell the spice, but I wasn't for some reason. Unlucky me.
