I made this yesterday, following Aimee Wood's the Unofficial Legend of Zelda Cookbook's recipe and it came out looking like apple pie jelly. It even tasted like apple pie filling, too. So I'm showing you guys this picture to let you see that this so-called "white" jelly isn't going to be white at all. If you're looking for an actual white jelly, you're probably better off using coconuts instead of apples & spices instead.
