I used the same juice I had as leftovers to make this and it came out a a lot better this time. It turns out the recipe from the Unofficial Disney Parks Drink Recipe book wasn't wrong and I just had the ice cream maker tub upside down in the freezer, when it should've been right side up. I apologize for this mistake. I'm going to archive the previous picture and then delete it, so that nobody gets misinformed by this. Anyway, I didn't bother to pipe this like how they usually do dole whips, because the thing was melting and I didn't want my hands to melt it ever more and ruin it.
