I made this from Adams Media's unofficial Harry Potter cookbook. The recipe wanted the eclairs cut in half to sandwich the chocolate cream, which I made from 2% milk as opposed to whole milk because I was trying to save money at the time, thus making them a bit like pudding, which is why I used a little for the top pic. You can see that example in the first picture on top with the unset cream. But a certain someone else in the house wanted them done in the traditional way, filling the insides with a cream through a hole. You can see that on the bottom picture with the set cream. Anyway, they were alright.
