I was trying to make these for breakfast, but because I had to fix the marmalade, they became lunch instead. Adams Media's the Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook said I could use either powder sugar or marmalade (like the one I just made) for the pancakes, but I decided to do both for mine. I think that's what filled me fill near the end that I couldn't finish eating my food. Anyway, the taste had a bit of lemon to it due to the zest and juice I used for it.
