I have no idea what breed of hibiscus it's called, but it looks similar to the hibiscus rosa-sinensis. I think they called it "Sangre de Cristo" or "cayena" in Dominican Republic. It was over at the Runners Adventure place. I know it's blurry, but let me know in the comments section what it is, okay?
