When I followed the cooking time from Adams Media's Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook, the meat came out still raw. So I had to cover it with aluminum foil and cook it for 2 more hours and that was when the pork came out perfectly. It was delicious! I think it must be the spices I used that made it good.

Anyway, my advice for those who are making this from the cookbook: don't cook it for 40 minutes; cook it for 3 hours on 360 Fahrenheit.
