Another recipe made by the Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook. So after boiling the ingredients in the pan, I put it in the refrigerator to cool down before I would transfer the liquid to the ice pop mold. So after a few hours of waiting for the pops to freeze, I found out that all the zest went to the bottom in the mold, which is why you can find the lot of them grouped up on the top of the pop. I guess I should freeze immediately and not try to cool the juice next time, if that will get the zest to go all out everywhere.
