I was too lazy to get a new brush set off the web, so I used Krita's to make (or try to make) electric sparks on the wings & tail. If this doesn't look like electricity, let me know and I'll change it.

This half-mammal, half-avian Souldier specializes in thunder magic and moves, just like the Heartless's Yellow Opera and the Unversed's Yellow Mustard. The Topaz Star fights mostly on land, but can also do aerial combat sometimes. Their flight however is slow. Their thunder magic can take different forms such as summoning a lightning bolt down from the sky, erupting a protective barrier of electricity around them to harm foes that get too close, zapping rays of lightning down from their sparking feathers as they fly and electrokinesis. The Topaz Star is also mainly bipedal, but they are also known to run on 4 limbs as well, even electrifying their feathers as they charge to tackle their sparks into their foes to stun them.
