Another food I made from the Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook. I did it two nights ago from the original upload date. It took me like 2 hours to make that with all the onion chopping and cooking. Helpful tip, turn your eyes away momentarily when you're chopping onions, so that the chemicals it releases doesn't sting your eyes. So anyway, I didn't have whole milk to use, but I did have 2% milk. Use like 2/3 cups of flour when using making this soup with 2% milk. Because this is my first time making onion soup, I may have overcooked the onions since the images on creamy onion soup had a lighter color than what I made. But at least it tasted okay when my sister and I ate it.
