A major annual tradition is for me to make my from-scratch cranberry sauce. I can tell you it uses at LEAST 1/2 bottle of port wine and fresh cranberries; amongst some other ingredients.
Unfortunately, I do not wish to give away the actual recipe or process in which i make it. There is a 7-step sugaring process and this takes at LEAST 2-3 hours of cooking.
