The meeting took way longer than planned - and Rakan lost track of the time at some point after listening to so many repeating arguments. Therefore he didn't notice how the full moon slowly rose above the horizon and when he saw it outside the window, it was already too late. He tried to hide the growing paws beneath the desk but everything happened incredibly quickly...
At least now he didn't have to explain anymore why doing night shifts around a full moon was inconvenient for him.
