I've been meaning to illustrate White Noise for some time, but never got to it. She's a character from my old, unfinished FiMFics. As the Daughter of Chaos, this albino unicorn was not fully grounded in the physical realm of Equestria.

The few who meet her, experience her most often in dreams, but she can whisper into ponies' minds. Some who sense her presence, note that it seems cold as snow, or hear some kind of static, or "white noise".

Noise has very poor eyesight. She can see well enough to get around, but the world around her is a blur of color and motion.

She creates her own style of chaos, compared to Discord. She is more subtle. Noise manipulates ponies by warping and amplifying their fears and perceptions.
