Hemlock the Poison Reaper and Wakamiya, he loves Tea. So Hemlock came in out of nowhere and decided to bully Wakamiya. Wakamiya is his only target to go after to bully Wakamiya.

What Wakamiya meant by Hemlock's face because Hemlock's face are very expressionless, and barely show any facial expression, really. But Wakamiya is always grouchy, and grumpy so he often grim his eyebrow sticking up. They are both a terrible facial expression, that's honestly like the only 2nd thing they have in comparison, especially tea too.
