Here's teenage! Chelsea's outfits! I wanted to show off the outfits she wore as as a teen and I want to make a character template to show off outfits. To improve on the Jamie picture I've done which I'm planning to redo later in the future. I definitely have plans for Chelsea's outfits she wears currently in Sundown and I'll going to work on that later in the week!
