DAY 15 OF OC-TOBER: Kanu Sharma

It feels like my brain isn’t mine at times. I know it’s ridiculous. I think it over and over, but I can never stop these rituals. I can never stop the paranoia or force myself to stop counting, and if I try, I’m right back at one counting up to ten.
