I KIND OF, SORT OF, FORGOT I MADE THIS BACK IN AUGUST. I wanted to do more outfits, since this is her 4th reform outfit, but, OF COURSE, procrastination hit me. SO. Here’s some more info on Variscite since I dunno when I’ll ever get back to drawing her:

• Blind by defect, neither Rose Quartz’s tears nor Steven’s saliva can fix this.
• Occupation: Gem Seeker, seeks out lost or runaway gems, and locates familiar kindergartens, and similar to Sapphire, she’s classified as a rare gem due to this ability.
• Has a “twin”, Turquoise, an information specialist, who helped with transmitting info through contact of their gems (Variscite; right hand, Turquoise; forehead.) Variscite is often mistaken for Turquoise, and she has to repeatedly say; “I’m greener than she is!”
• Bubbled right before the Corrupting Light, but was accidentally dropped into the ocean. Eventually washed onto Beach City beach where Steven then found and released her.
• Variscite starts to develop her secondary ability of sensing vibrations through the air and ground, and knows when an attack is incoming; only when she’s in tune and focused.
• Continues to search for Turquoise despite knowing that she may be either shattered, force fused into a cluster gem, or became corrupted.
• Lover of music, specifically Greg’s songs; often found at his car wash listening to him jam out.
