Cielo really likes music. She loves it in fact. She was trying to make music before she learning to walk or talk. She couldn’t fall asleep to bedtime stories. She wanted me to play my guitar to her each night. She’s a sweetheart but damn does she make her mother’s nights like hell when she stays with her. Isabella had to call me over just so I can play her favorite bedtime song.

She reminded me how you were, Antonio. Back when we used to live in the apartments? You cried so much that the neighbor next door banged on our door to tell us to “shut that damn kid up”. It was when I played to you that you finally quiet down and went to sleep.

You’d love Cielo. I know you would. I can see you in her at times.
