So the general idea is that you'd pick one of your party members to be the balloon and another to be the pumper and you gotta hope that you can pop their loon before they pop yours. Bliss was a natural pick because he just gets HUGE and Flint is used to making his victims huge and bottom heavy anyway, so it was a given.
