I’ve been reading Inhuman and I just
I can’t stop doodling nikitaks. Their whole design is lovely and weird and I just like drawing it and figuring out how they move and hold themselves. From what I can understand from how they're depicted, they're comfortable while bipedal, quadrupedal, or hexapedal and possess no shoulder blades but a very flexible spine, much like house cats. This leaves for very fun doodle ideas. @w@

I hadn't seen that, haha-- I'm gonna have to be more aware of that in the future. >xo; As for neckfluff, that's something I'm not so good at drawing and I'll definitely have to give that a lot more practice. =w=

RABIIIIID i noticed this had crit wanted on the front page so uh I GUESS HERE I AM?
typically taks have longer necks, and more pronounced hackle/chest fluff. you can sort of see on this page in panel1: http://inhuman-comic.com/manga504.png
the idea was that a longer neck would mean that when they were on all six legs, they could still look around with ease. a shorter less flexible neck would have problems shifting from the different stances.
