Zenoctrian Society and Humanoid Qualities

Zenoctrians are labeled a class 2 humanoid race according to the Wegener-Takahara scale— very similar in biological structure with some distinct differences, great differences in societal structure or systems of government. Zenoctrians all belong to matriarchal systems of differing descriptions across their planet, with males only just recently in their history beginning to take on different roles. Studies of their early histories suggest a very formiciform society, with very large groups of Zenoctrians living in massive communities with one central matriarch. Males took on the roles of builders, farmers, inventors, and craftsmen, whereas females were hunters, gatherers, leaders, and warriors.

There are very few humanoid qualities in their society, but there have been parallels with terran histories. For example, during their industrial age, attractive males were used quite often in advertisements quite similar to that of humanities’ mid-fifties— the “harried house husband” being a quite common trope.
