As Jealousy said. There's been longer. But yeah. That's how FA is. Could be the most urgent thing ever, and they won't pick it up for a few months, unless it's an popular artist. -.-

Don't you know that if you show up five months later, then the issue will have already solved itself and you can just close the ticket and move on?

one of the many reasons why i chose to abandon my FA account. that and a complete lack of The database schema is royally fucked, the design (or lack thereof) is worse than your average community college web-design class assignment.
