A character of mine i haven't drawn in a while!! Their name is xyz, they're a strange being from some kind of other dimension or plane of existence, brought to earth via (satanic) rituals.
They have very powerful control over water, which is most of their body make-up. They can manipulate any nearby water source, and if they are too far away from any kind of water they will die in minutes.

basically just a cool monster trying to have a good time on earth
