Im curious about this. what was going on exactly? why was it abandoned? why the adorably silly hat?

  They both go for a mission. It was abandoned because, I wasn't pleased with the pages so far.
  Nobur hates his face and many people say he is silly, that the reason he wear silly clothes. cuz he is defiant and like to be the clown.
